Vegetable biogas fertilizer and its application technology

The crop straw, human waste, urine, weeds, and other organic materials are digested in closed biogas digesters to produce residue and fertilizer left after the biogas is digested.

The nutrient content of fertilizers in biogas digesters is mainly determined by factors such as the proportion of ingredients, pH, fermentation temperature, degree of confinement, moisture, and inoculation of biogas bacteria. The biogas tank fertilizer is a relatively full fertilizer for the mineralization and humification process. It has a much higher utilization rate than the general organic fertilizer, and has both quick-acting and delayed-effective nutrients. Humus is high in content and rich in hormones and vitamins.

The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the biogas residue are higher than those in the general reactor and manure. The content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in biogas slurry is similar to that of general soilless manure, but the effective nutrient in biogas slurry is higher than manure or manure solution.

In addition to the above nutrients, the biogas digester has a higher organic carbon content than the heap manure, and the biogas residue is rich in humus, lignin, cellulose, etc., and has a good effect of soil improvement. Biogas residue as base fertilizer can be digested by biogas residue: turf soil: phosphate rock powder is 100:40:10, and is piled for about one month. It is used as base fertilizer for vegetable crops, and the yield increase effect is excellent. Biogas slurry can be directly used for top dressing of vegetables, ditching or irrigating with water, and can also be used for foliar spraying. Whether it is biogas residue or biogas slurry, the effect of increasing the yield on vegetables is significant.
