PG 1.5-2 mg plus HCG 1000 IU; 2. PG 10 mg plus LRH-A 300 μg; 3. HCG 2500 IU plus LRH-A 200-400 μg; 4. PG 5 mg + HCG 500 IU + LRH-A 50 μg injection site for the pectoral fin base. If natural spawning is used, bisexual broodstock (female: male = 2:3) that has flowed into the injection can be placed in a spawning pond or loop and flushed appropriately. If the eggs are laid artificially, the estrus should be caught, the eggs squeezed into the pots, and a small amount of semen should be added. At a water temperature of 21-25 degrees Celsius, a flow rate of 10-20 centimeters per second, hatching occurs at 43-62 hours; 26-28 degrees Celsius is incubated for 36 hours; 30 degrees Celsius is stripped at 32 hours. After about 50-103 hours of depletion of the yolk, when it begins to transfer to the exogenous nutrition stage, it should be fed in a timely manner.
