Brief description of the basic process flow of laboratory ultrapure water equipment

Process flow of laboratory ultrapure water equipment :

Level 1: PP filter, its function is to filter out fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, algae and other impurities larger than 5um in raw water, to avoid the blockage of RO membrane caused by suspended solids, usually replaced once every 1-3 months.

Secondary: Activated carbon filter element, since the tap water contains trace amounts of organic matter and residual chlorine, organic matter is easily adsorbed on the surface of the membrane, causing fouling of the membrane surface and reducing the amount of water permeation; while residual chlorine oxidizes the membrane itself, causing membrane degradation. To increase the salt penetration rate. Therefore, the pre-removal of organic matter and residual chlorine is necessary for the stable operation of the system.

Level 3: 1um precision filter to remove chlorine from the water, organic chemical impurities, odor and sludge suspension.

Level 4: Reverse osmosis RO membrane, completely remove bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and other impurities in the water. Since the pore size of the RO membrane is only 0.0001 μm, one bacteria should be reduced by 4000 times, and the filter virus should be reduced by 200 times or more. The removal rate is as high as 98% or more.

Level 5: Post-polishing resin to ensure that the terminal water reaches 18 megabytes.
