Feeding pigs with bean curd should be cautious

The bean curd residue is rich in nutrients, containing 20% of crude protein and 30% of carbohydrates. It is a good feed for pigs. However, improper feeding can cause adverse reactions. Long-term use of large amounts of raw soybean curd residue to feed pigs, light lead to sow malnutrition, loss of appetite, diarrhea, severe causes of sows infertility, miscarriage or stillbirth, the survival rate of pigs decreased. Therefore, pay attention to the following points in the application:
One is to cook the bean curd before feeding to destroy the chemical structure of the harmful substances such as trypsin inhibin, saponin and hemagglutinin, and to improve its palatability.
The second is that the rubbish residue lacks vitamins and minerals, and should be properly matched with concentrate, coarse material and green feed to provide comprehensive nutrition.
The third is to control the amount of bean curd residue feeding, which should generally not exceed 30% of the total amount of feed.
Fourth, tofu residue has more moisture, and it is easily spoiled. Pigs eat spoiled bean curd easily lead to enteritis and diarrhea. Therefore, fresh soybean curd residue can be dried and used in the summer that is prone to corruption.
