The key points of autumn management of shiitake mushrooms

Mushrooms have a long fruiting period, which lasted three seasons in autumn, winter and spring, about 10 months. Generally inoculated from August to September, and from November to December, mushrooms are grown. The mushrooms that were grown before December are called autumn mushrooms. Mushroom bag cultivation, autumn management is very important. The key technologies are as follows:
Indoor fungus. It takes more than 60 days for mushrooms to mature from physiology. After inoculation, they should be promptly moved into the bacterium room for culture. The bacteria bags are in the shape of “wells”, with 8-9 floors, room temperature controlled at 25°C, and relative humidity less than 70%. 1 to 6 days after inoculation, the hyphae were in the recovery and germination stage, and the room temperature was controlled between 28°C and 30°C. During this period, the bacterial bags could not be turned, and no ventilation was required. The sunshades caused dark light. 7 to 10 days of mycelium growth began to eat, the room temperature dropped to 26 °C ~ 28 °C, ventilation 2 or 3 times a day, seven days for the first turn, the heap will be good bag up and down, inside and outside the exchange position, so that each Each bag can be managed under the same conditions. When turning the heap, please take it gently to prevent seal damage and infection with bacteria. At the same time, carefully check the contamination of the bacteria with the turn. If you find that there are star spots, use 75% alcohol 50 ml plus 25% formaldehyde 30 ml. The mixture was injected and the affected area was closed. If germs appear in or around the inoculation block, contaminated parts should be removed and re-inoculated. If contaminated with the seal, apply the affected area with 0.2% potassium permanganate or carbendazim. After 11 to 15 days, the mycelium grew vigorously, and it had been expanded to 4-6 cm. The room temperature was kept at 24°C, and the ventilation was increased to perform the second turning. One day later, oxygen was increased by bamboo drills, and four slanted eyes were placed around the expanded mycelium. Bag temperature should be controlled at 20 °C ~ 24 °C, can not be higher than 26 °C. After 50 days, the door and window shades were removed, which promoted the growth of the mycelium.
Bacteria bags turn color. Turning color sooner or later and good or bad, it is related to the early and late fruiting and yield. After the physiology of the mycelium matures, it turns from white to reddish-brown and appears yellow water beads, followed by the primordium of mushrooms. During the color change period, indoor astigmatism should be increased and ventilation should be strengthened. When the film is opened, the cover should be opened to form a dry, wet and wet environment and promote color conversion.
Outdoor shiitake mushrooms. Mushrooms are low-temperature warming mushrooms. When the bag turns into a reddish-brown veil, the bag is moved to the shade on the outside, covered with wheat straw mats, moistened with water, covered at night, uncovered during the day, and re-applied for 4 to 5 days. Hush mushrooms.
Mushroom management. The gradual fall in autumn temperatures is conducive to robust growth of mycelium. After 3 days, the mushroom bags will be picked once a day and put into the mushroom bed frame. The bags are 7 to 10 centimeters long until the mushrooms are all over. After the bacteria bag is placed in the bed frame, the film is cut around the mushroom bud with a sharp knife to carry the mushroom. Generally, the mushroom will not cover the film within 7 to 10 days. When the young mushroom has the size of the peanut seed, the flower can be promoted.
Flowering period management. 1, humidity. Keep the relative humidity in the bag within 80%~90%, and maintain the temperature at 12°C~18°C, and there are more astigmatism and good ventilation conditions. If the humidity is too high, first perform the dehumidification, then remove the film for an hour and then cover the film, and open a stove to drain the tide. If it is dry, add water and cover with a film to make the temperature rise to 28°C. Such as the film mushroom mushroom dripping damp, to open the doors and windows, open a stove for tide. 2, temperature. Due to the fact that the mushroom has a variable temperature and firm character, artificially widening the temperature difference and staggering between wet and dry can force the cap to crack and form mushroom. Therefore, cover the film during the day, so that the sun through the sun, improve the mushroom shed temperature of 28 °C, to open the film after 12 o'clock in the evening, so that cold air intrusion, day and night temperature difference of up to 10 °C or more, for 3 to 4 days, can be excited Mushroom buds occur in large numbers. 3, wet and dry staggered. When the temperature is changed and the buds grow, when the mushroom body grows to 2~3 cm, it can be splashed on the surface at noon on sunny days to accelerate the growth of fruiting bodies. Then, the film is opened at night, the cold air is stimulated, the mushroom caps are dried, and the film cover is covered. On the ground, the use of ground temperature and wet mix, wet and dry staggered, and promote the split of the cap into the flower-shaped mushroom.

Electric Over Blanket is similar to Electric Under Blanket, but a bit different.

Electric over blanket is used by covering human body to keep warm.

Normally electric over blanket is not recommended to be used during sleeping, as it might cause overheating, although it has the function of overheating protection.

Normally over blanket shuts off after 2 hours, for the sake of safety.
