3. Brine for soaking: Soak in 2-3% saline solution for 10-15 minutes.

4. Rinse: Rinse the salt with clean water, rinse off small insects and other impurities.

5. Cut small flower ball: First cut the big flower ball from the stem, then cut the small flower ball, carefully follow the finished product specifications, do not damage the other small flower ball, the stem cutting should be flat, the flower ball diameter 3-5 cm, the stem length is 2 cm Within.

6. Color protection: After slicing, cauliflower is put into a mixture solution of 0.2% vitamin c, 0.2% citric acid, and 0.2% calcium chloride for 15-20 minutes.

7. Packaging, pre-cooling: picking up the color of the material after the leach solution. It was then vacuum-packed with a pa/pe composite bag with a vacuum of 0.05 MPa. The pre-cooling device is then pre-cooled to 0-1°C.

8. Refrigeration, transportation and distribution: After cold-packing, the product is shipped and sold in cold storage, and the shipping and cooling temperature is controlled at 0-1°C.
