The stalks of straw before entering the briquetting machine are simply smashed into 5cm (applicable to harder grass) or 7.5 to 12cm (applicable to looser and long-fiber grass), and the volume of water is 8 to 12%, then the briquette The machine is pressed into different sizes of square grass blocks. The briquetting machine is being used in the pastoral areas.

Second, the main structure and working principle

The structure of the machine is mainly composed of feeding conditioner, combination die, eccentric pressure plate, spindle, feeding device, discharging device, iron removing device, transmission device and frame. The working principle is that the fodder containing a certain amount of moisture enters a group of concentric inner and outer cylinders and is transmitted to the circular distribution die hole groove in a wheel direction. The mountain street which rotates with the main shaft is provided with a spiral piece on the outer circle; It is stationary, and there are spiral blades on the outside. The rotation is opposite to the foreign upper door of the inner cylinder. The forage material is squeezed by the advantages of the eccentric pressure plate in the die hole, and extruded from the radial direction at the beginning. During the extrusion process, due to the heat generated by friction, the temperature of the stamper increased to about 82°C.
