Machine operation steps:

4. Insert the vials to be filled into the tool box (20 boxes for each machine attached box).
5. Connect the external power supply. The power socket must be a three-pin socket and have a reliable grounding wire to prevent electric shock from hitting the casing.
6. Turn the machine power switch to ON, and the power indicator light is on, indicating that the power is on.
7. The filling frame is supported by the filling support plate. The purpose is to prevent the filling frame from going down during the adjustment filling, and placing the debugging liquid container under the filling head.
8. Point the hand to the positioning sleeve on the top of the filling head. The positioning sleeve should be able to move up and down flexibly. The filling needle is exposed or retracted without obstruction.
9. Turn the switch below the liquid storage tank to the open position so that the liquid can flow into the total metering pump.
10. Adjust the screws on the crank according to the total filling amount of each vial. For example: 5ml per bottle, 6 bottles per time, the total amount is:
5ml × 6 = 30ml, and the total metering pump output tube is loosened and pulled out by the dispensing tank end.
11. Turn the knob of the filling speed control board to about 20 degrees, and then turn the switch on the filling speed control board to the open position. At this point, the total metering pump works, the liquid medicine flows out from the total metering historical significance output tube, the measuring cup is measured, and the crank screw is fine-tuned. Close the filling speed control board switch and reset the main metering pump output tube.
12. Turn the filling speed control board switch to the open position, and the total metering pump works. The liquid medicine enters the liquid separator through the output pump of the total metering pump. After the liquid separation, the liquid volume fine-tuner flows out from the needle tube, and the measuring cylinder measures the liquid volume. Carefully adjust the liquid volume trimmer. When the liquid flowing out of each filling head is set to a certain amount, tighten the liquid amount fine-tuning nut, cover the filling head casing, and loosen the filling frame support plate.
13. The bottle is first checked the track of the bottle, and the smoothness of the box is determined. After determining that there is no other abnormality, the bottle switch is turned ON, the bottle chain is rotated, and the tool box moves to the filling track in sequence, and Enter the filling track. Push the bottle to push the tooling to move the bottle to the filling head (you don't need to take the debugging tank in this process). When the medicine bottle is pushed under the filling head, the lower positioning sleeve of the filling frame automatically finds the bottle mouth, the needle is inserted into the bottle mouth, the liquid medicine flows out, and the needle slowly rises during filling, which can eliminate the foam.
