This phenomenon can affect the normal operation of the combine harvester, inclined feed chamber, the threshing cylinder will be caused by the feeding of the crop After plugging, the threshing stalk “works†to move on the key surface of the drafter, making it difficult to separate the grain from the stem, increasing the loss of the cleaning. After jamming, the operator needs to clear the jammed crop. If the cause of uneven feeding is not eliminated, it will cause new blockages, which will prevent the harvester from working properly. When the crop entering the inclined feeding room is on one side with fewer sides, the feed chain will be skewed due to the difference in resistance. Affect normal work.
One, feed uneven reasons
1. The position of the reel wheel is too far away from the auger to feed the cutting table. The cut crop cannot be agitated in a timely manner, blocking the integrated group and causing uneven feeding.
2. Improper adjustment, such as the gap between the head of the auger feeding from the bottom plate of the header is greater than 10 mm. Due to uneven wear of spiral blades fed by augers for most combine harvesters, the amount of wear on the middle section of the feed inlet is greater than on both sides. Inadequate adjustments, the distance between the middle section of the agitator blade and the bottom plate is too large. The crop must be stacked to a certain thickness before it can be fed into the feeding chain by the feeding auger, resulting in a feeding feed; if the cutting table is fed into the auger When the leaves are high on one side, the crops entering the feed chain will be on one side of the other, resulting in deflection or blockage of the feed chain.
3. The distance between the feeding chain and the telescopic tip is too far away. The crop enters the feed chain at a certain thickness at the inlet and outlet.
4. Lodging or moisture in the crop is also an important cause of uneven feeding.
Second, eliminate the uneven feeding method
1. Correctly adjust the front and rear position of the reel. If the reel does not touch the knife, the reel should be moved as far as possible.
2. Repair the header to feed the apron blades to restore their height to normal.
3. Adjust the height of the auger feeding the header to make the blades 10 mm from the floor.
4. Move the feed chain forward by the support drum or feed the header to the auger back so that the distance between the feed chain and the telescopic tip remains between 10 and 15 mm.
5. Adjust the header feeding auger safety clutch. The length of its spring should be suitable, when the feed resistance is too large, it can be separated in time to avoid blocking of the feeding chain and the roller.
