Fault 1. The high pressure is too high during the operation of the cryostat :

Analysis of the cause: The high pressure is too high during operation. Usually, the flow rate of a cooling water is too small or the water temperature is too high. Just increase the cooling water flow rate or lower the water temperature. b. Condenser copper tube/fin fin deposit, heat transfer effect Poor, at this time, it is necessary to clean the heat exchanger of the low temperature thermostat. c. There is too much refrigerant. When the refrigerant is too much, it is necessary to discharge the refrigerant. The expansion of the refrigerant d is too small, and only the expansion degree of the expansion valve needs to be properly adjusted.

Fault 2, the cryostat can not be started or stopped immediately after starting:

Analysis of the cause: The fault is usually caused by power failure or low voltage of the power supply. As long as the circuit fault is eliminated, the power supply can be supplied according to the low temperature thermostat. b. The thermostat is improperly set, so that the contacts are normally open, and only the temperature control needs to be re-adjusted. Set value; c cooling water is not open, the interlock circuit is disconnected, then only need to open the cooling system, turn on the interlock circuit can be protected after the protection device is not reset, press the stop button and then turn on the machine

Fault 3 : Low pressure bath is running low pressure:

Analysis of the cause: The occurrence of low pressure is mainly caused by the following reasons: a. The refrigerant is insufficient, only need to make up the leak, supplement the refrigerant or adjust the expansion valve, b. The filter needs to be cleaned or replaced when the filter is c. The expansion valve is opened. Too small, properly adjust the opening degree of the expansion valve d. Capillary plugging of the cryostat as long as the capillary is cleaned or replaced;

Fault 4, the frozen water pump does not produce water:

Fault 5, return air pipe and compressor casing frosting:

Fault 6, insufficient flow of frozen water pump:
