It can highly simulate the functions of biological nerves, brain and musculoskeletal tissues. It is the world's first robotic technology and prosthesis. The “Windwalker” intelligent power ankle joint consists of an electromechanical device and an electronic control system. It captures the sensor signal with a recognition speed of 25 times the human eye. The result of the chip calculation determines the geographical environment of the user in real time and guesses the user's motion intention. To realize the automatic recognition of the terrain and the gait of the disabled, so as to replace the human brain and the biological nerve to give the action instruction to the assisted limb. During walking, the angle of the ankle joint can be actively adjusted to avoid the toe contacting the ground, automatically adapting to the walking speed of the user, and helping the user to naturally complete the action of going up the stairs, descending the slope, crossing the obstacle, etc.; the ankle joint can automatically bend and retract when sitting down The action is natural. Electromechanical devices provide active torque at critical stages, providing assistance to the user when going up and down stairs or slopes. The foot plate is made of carbon fiber material and adopts aerospace technology multi-layer composite technology. Compared with traditional prosthetic material, it has the advantages of high strength, good elasticity, light weight and long service life.

According to Wang Wenya, an engineer of the product research team, the current field of intelligent prosthetics is mainly monopolized by foreign companies such as Iceland Ossur, and the “Windwalker” listing has filled the gap in the industry of artificial knee prosthetics.
