2.1 Negative pressure test, also known as "foaming method".

Test principle: immerse the bag to be tested in a vacuum tank filled with water, vacuum the vacuum tank, and expand when the internal pressure of the bag is greater than the external pressure. When the seal is not good, there will be foaming and no blistering. When it comes out, it means the seal is good.

 

Test steps:

The instrument adopts TFT true color liquid crystal display, touch screen operation, and the test process is fully automatic, without any manual intervention, the test process as follows:

l   Add the right amount of water to the vacuum tank

l   Put the bag in the vacuum tank and cover the seal

l   Start experiment (touch operation)

l   Vacuuming the vacuum tank

l   Observe whether there is blistering around the bag (there is a bubble that indicates a leak, and no bubble indicates a good seal)

2.2 Positive pressure test.

Test principle:

The positive pressure test is more complicated than the negative pressure test. The test modes mainly include:

Bursting test: the bag is filled with gas until it breaks, and the sealing strength is evaluated by the maximum breaking pressure;

Standard Creep: Fill the bag with a certain pressure of gas and keep it for a specific time. Determine the creep behavior of the bag seal under continuous load by the change of pressure inside the bag.

Creep rupture: fill the bag with a certain pressure of gas for a certain period of time, then continue to fill the package with gas until it ruptures, and judge the pressure resistance of the bag after creep through the pressure change and the burst pressure during the process. which performed.
