There are many methods for drying roses. Commonly, there are natural dryness, natural dryness, quick freeze drying and drying. Among them, the two methods of natural drying and natural dryness can obtain good effects, which is labor-saving and convenient. However, neither of the above two methods can effectively kill the eggs attached to the rose flowers, and the dried rose flowers will be born from the worms after storage for 2 to 3 months. Therefore, the natural drying method should not be used as a commodity for the production of dried roses. Drying the rose dryer can protect the active ingredients in the rose, which is the best way to produce high-grade rose flowers.  

The drying process of the rose dryer is as follows:

1. Picking of flower buds: The best time for picking before the micro-sheets, the buds are red, and the buds are ready to be placed. The picking criteria are flower buds that have been fully expanded but not open. After the flower buds are picked, they are packed in bamboo cages or bamboo baskets and immediately sent to the local acquisition point for sale or processing. When the picking sites are far away from the processing site, temporary sheds should be set up for drying and should not be stacked to prevent heat.

2. The purchase method and standard of flower buds: In the season of purchasing flower buds intensively, the processing unit purchases according to the fixed-point farmers. The standard is fresh buds picked within 12 hours, the color is bright, the flowers are even in size, and the weak flower buds are less than 5%; Leito is complete, no flower handle, no impurities, no insect eclipse, no watering, water phenomenon; no smell, pure fragrance; no half flowering buds, no open flowers.

3. Selection of flower buds: The purchased flower buds are stored according to the variety. It is forbidden to mix and store, and carefully selected to achieve no impurities, no half flowering buds or full open flowers and weak flower buds.

4, flower buds on the raft and loading: the selected flower buds are evenly placed in the wooden frame with the bottom of the wire mesh drying ç®…, the petals are unified downwards or upwards, the thickness is consistent, do not squeeze; filled with flower buds When dry-loading, it should be lightly handled, and the flower buds should not be deformed or worn.

5. Shrinking and drying of flower buds: The drying car filled with flower buds should be gently pushed into the drying room, close the temperature of the drying room door, strictly control the indoor temperature, sequentially replace the simmer baking, and regularly change the wind direction to ensure the flower buds. Dry and wet evenly, bright color.

6. Dry flower buds are released: The drying car enters the drying room for about 8 hours. The dry flower buds are manually detected. As long as the color is bright, it has the unique aroma of roses. The flower buds are full of spindle shape, the color is purple or purple, and the torus and flower buds are Yellow-green, hand-painted flower buds in powder form, 70-80% of the torus is hand-mashed and turned into a fan-like shape, indicating that it has dried out, this drying car with a dry flower bud can be launched into the drying room.

7. Grading and packaging of dried flower buds: After drying, the dried flower buds are dried to normal temperature, gently put into a non-toxic plastic bag, sealed at the mouth, placed in a standard carton, and stored in a warehouse meeting the sanitary standards. And keep the warehouse dry and ventilated. The box should be 20 cm away from the wall.
