1. The interface is set at both ends of each weighing platform, and the two weighing platforms are in no particular order, and can be connected in any combination;
2. There are installation holes on both sides of the weighing platform. When installing the slope, the mounting holes should be aligned to ensure the installation is stable and reliable.
3. When connecting, the connecting line should be connected between the two weighing platforms. It is not advisable to bypass the weighing platform to ensure that the cable is not broken when weighing.
4. Select a flat ground when using to ensure the accuracy of the test;
5. The weighing platform should not be immersed in water for a long time, and should be used in places where there is no water to extend the service life of the system;
6. When using, the two weighing platforms should be placed in parallel (as shown in the above figure), and the distance should be checked according to the vehicle type;
7. When testing, the management personnel should guide it correctly to prevent the detection accuracy from being affected by the obvious eccentric load. The force point should be close to the center of the scale body, and the whole scale body should be evenly stressed, and the force surface should be larger than 1/2 table.
