Second, the working principle of vibrating fluidized bed dryer :
At present, Zui Guang's horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer is similar in shape and basic structure to the conventional horizontal fluidized bed dryer. The difference is that the entire body of the vibrating fluidized bed is supported on the base by a spring, the perforated plate is slightly inclined toward the discharge end, and a vibrating motor is mounted on one side or both sides of the body. The material is fluidized by the action of mechanical vibration and perforated airflow, and moves forward under the action of vibration. It has very outstanding advantages:
(1) Uniform fluidization can be obtained at very low gas velocities, thereby greatly reducing energy consumption, interparticle wear and dust entrainment;
