Drying can be done using ovens, roasting ovens, drying rooms, or using charcoal hot air, electric heat, and infrared heat sources to bake to dehydrate and dry the mushrooms. This method has a fast drying speed and good quality and is suitable for large-scale processing of products. The temperature is maintained at 60-65°C, and the fluctuation of the control temperature shall not be greater than 7°C. If the drying room is used for drying, the air inlet and outlet holes should be opened every 5-6 hours to ventilate and ventilate, and then be dried and bagged for storage.
