As we all know, industrial chillers are used to cool water to 5-251C through a refrigeration system. Widely used in industrial production. And the use of energy consumption can not be ignored. The industrial chiller refrigerating dryer cools the compressed air to an effective dew point temperature through a refrigeration system, and condenses the moisture, oil and impurities in the compressed air to achieve clean compressed air. Therefore, the evaporation temperature of the refrigeration system should not be lower than oC; so as not to reduce the cooling efficiency and water frosting. The condensing temperature of the refrigeration system should not be higher than 541C, but not lower than 381C. Since the evaporation temperature and the condensation temperature are corresponding, when the evaporation temperature is low, the condensation temperature is also low; when the condensation temperature is high, the evaporation temperature is also high. If there is a contrast, it is a problem with the cooling system configuration and equipment debugging. The refrigeration compressor sends the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the condenser for condensing and cooling, and the refrigerant condensed by the air-cooling unit through the fan and the water-cooling unit through the cooling water is purified by the drying filter, and enters the evaporator through the expansion device to absorb the heat. The refrigerant is turned into a high temperature and low pressure gas and returned to the refrigeration compressor. This cycle reciprocates to form a refrigeration system. Therefore, reasonable control of evaporation temperature (or evaporation pressure) and condensation temperature (wearing condensation pressure) are the key to refrigeration equipment. When the evaporation temperature (or evaporation pressure) is low, the refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration equipment is reduced, and the efficiency of the refrigeration equipment of the refrigerator is lowered. When the condensing temperature (or condensing pressure) is high, the energy consumption of the refrigeration equipment increases, affecting the service life of the refrigeration compressor and the normal operation of the refrigeration system.
