The sugar concentration decreased on the second day after soaking, and it was only about 20-22% sugar content. The sugar solution is heated and concentrated, so that the sugar content reaches 25-27%, that is, the sugar content is increased by about 5%. Then the sugar water is re-impregnated for 1-2 days, and the sugar water is extracted and heated to concentrate, and the 5% concentration is increased again, and then the raw material is impregnated. This repeated operation requires approximately 10 to 14 days of translucency to increase the sugar content to about 60%. The standard for translucent sugar is to observe if the carambola tablet is transparent. If fully translucent, the carambola becomes transparent. At this point, translucent sugar ends. The time required for translucent sugar is mainly determined by the thickness and size of the starfruit slices. 5. Drying: After the translucent sugar is over, the carambola slices are picked up from the sugar liquor, drained and sent to the baking room for drying. 6, packaging: Composite film pouch packaging. The appearance of this product is golden, transparent or translucent. Taste and flavor: taste crisp, sweet and sour taste, with starfruit flavor. Sugar content 60-65%, acid content 0.3-0.8%, moisture content 25-26%, shelf life of six months.
