Most of the cases of torsional vibration are vibrating screens of double-box exciters. The main reasons are as follows:
1 The angle of the eccentric block of the exciter on the two sides of the sieve plate is different, and there are three possibilities:
a. The angle of the eccentric block is not correct.
b. The angle of the eccentric block is only incorrect on one side.
c. The gear reference surface is reversed to cause an incorrect angle of the eccentric block.
