First, the reasons for diesel exhaust pipe white smoke are usually: (A) there is water in the fuel, the exhaust pipe when the white smoke accompanied by crisp "Bao, Bu" sound. (2) The combustion chamber is flooded into water. (3) The temperature of the diesel engine is too low, and part of the fuel is discharged without combustion. (d) The fuel injection advance angle is too small and the unburned diesel oil is discharged as white oil mist. (five) After the start, the temperature of the cooling water of the diesel engine does not reach 40 degrees Celsius before it can be put into the load operation.
Second, the exclusion method: (A) If the tank contains little water, then open the tank switch, release the water in the tank until the diesel outflow; if the tank contains more water, can be used for more than 48 hours of precipitation of diesel. The oil released from the tank can still be used after it has settled. (b) Check if the cylinder head gasket is damaged or if the cylinder head has cracks to prevent the cooling water from leaking into the combustion chamber. (c) Heat water to warm up the diesel engine when starting. (d) Check the fuel supply advance angle. If it is too small, adjust it. (five) After the diesel engine is started, the cooling water temperature will exceed 40 degrees Celsius and the load will be put into operation.
