Combined bypass micro spray connector

The national water-saving irrigation Beijing Engineering Technology Research Center micro-spray connector (combined bypass) consists of two parts, part A is connected with the capillary tube, and part B is connected with the micro-sprinkler through the micro-tube. A and B can be combined with their mutual frictional force (as shown in Figure 1), and they can also be threaded. There are two types of parts A, and there are also two installation methods for connecting with the capillary tube. One is that when the capillary tube is a PE tube, only a small hole can be made in the tube and the sealing station of the part A can be pressed into the capillary tube. The other is when the capillary tube is a PVC tube or other rigid tube, in addition to a small hole in the tube, it should also attack the thread, and then screw the part A. In the general micro-sprinkler irrigation project, the capillary tubes are buried underground, in addition to preventing the aging of the plastic capillary tubes, and also avoiding damaging the capillary tubes during field operations. At this time, a transition between the micro-sprayer and the capillary needs to use a PE pipe or PVC pipe (called a micro-pipe) with a small inner diameter to lead the irrigation water to the ground, and the micro-tube and the capillary need to be connected by a bypass. The ordinary bypass (unit element) is shown in Fig. 2. It has only one component. One end seal station is inserted into the micropipe along the axial direction, and the micropipe is connected with the micro sprinkler. The other end seal station is inserted into the capillary pipe. In the hole, the micro sprinkler is installed. Microtubes are exposed to sunlight and are susceptible to aging and brittleness, and are replaced quite frequently. It is very difficult to remove the microtube from the bypass sealing station, and it is very easy to cause large disturbance to the small hole in the capillary tube, causing it to crack, causing leakage during operation, or bypassing due to water pressure. The combined bypass is to install the part A on the capillary tube, and the part B is connected with the micro tube and then connected with the part A. In this way, when replacing the microtube, it is only necessary to remove the part B first, replace it with a new microtube, and then connect it to the part A. Since the replacement microtube has no disturbance to the capillary tube, only a small disturbance occurs when the parts A and B are connected and separated, so the capillary tube is protected. In addition, since the part B can be taken out to replace the micro tube, the operation is very convenient. Compared with similar foreign products, the ZP modular bypass changes the connection between the two parts, and the corresponding structure has also been changed. The product has a simple structure, is easy to install, and is reliable to use. When the microtube is replaced, the capillary tube is replaced. The disturbance is small. The technical specification of the product is that under the test pressure of 0.8 megapascals, there is no water leakage at the joints; under the tension of 40 Newtons, it can remain for one hour without falling off the pipe. There are three sizes of parts for the connection of products to microtubes, which can be used with microtubes with internal diameters of 3 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm. Because this product can protect the capillary tube in the micro-injection system, it can effectively prevent the capillary tube from being damaged due to the disturbance of the replacement micro-tube, and can better maintain the tightness between the capillary tube and the bypass, and maintain the normality of the micro-injection system. Operation, at the same time, also brings convenience to the installation of the micro-spray system. As a new type of product, this achievement has been granted a national utility model patent, and it still needs to be popularized and applied after a period of time. However, due to its good protective effect on the capillary tube, it will have a good application prospect.
