Eating Mushroom Oat Benefits Cardiocerebral Health

According to the “Morning Morning Post” report, 125 experts from various disciplines of nutrition, cardiology, neurology, and traditional Chinese medicine have completed a special survey and evaluated 10 “Effective Foods for Maintaining Heart and Brain Health”.

The mushrooms in the fungus category were listed as the top 10 efficacy foods, and the remaining 9 species were in turn oats (aka buckwheat), marine fish, onions, soybeans, olive oil (tea oil), wine, tomatoes, hawthorn, and carrots.
