How to use the universal grinder correctly

* Aspect: Universal crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the pulverizer is fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the pulverizer is a mobile operation, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron and ensure the pulley of the power machine (diesel or electric motor) and the pulverizer. The slots are in the same plane of revolution.

The second aspect: After the pulverizer is installed, check the fastening of the fasteners of each part and tighten if loose. Also check that the belt tightness is appropriate.

The third aspect: Before starting the pulverizer, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, the hammer and the rotor are running flexibly and reliably, whether there is collision in the shell, and whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine. Is the lubrication of the power machine and the crusher good?

The fourth aspect: Do not change the pulleys casually, in case the rotation speed is too high, the explosion chamber will explode, or the rotation speed is too low, which will affect the working efficiency of the crusher.

The fifth aspect: After the pulverizer starts, it should be idling for 2~3min, and then no work will be carried out.

The sixth aspect: Attention should be paid to the operation of the pulverizer at work, the feeding should be uniform, and not overloaded for a long time. If vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature are too high, and the material is sprayed outward, stop the machine immediately and check it out.
