Sensor installation of test chamber

When evaluating the temperature and humidity performance in the test chamber, the temperature/humidity measurement system of the test chamber control system should be used. There are many temperature/humidity measurement systems, such as dry and wet ball method, dew point mirror method, and sensor method.

First, the temperature sensor must first know that the sensor is divided into resistance type or thermocouple type. The response time of the sensor in air should be between 10s and 40s, and the response time of the total system should be less than 40s.

For temperature sensors with a temperature range between -200 ° C and +200 ° C, the measurement uncertainty should be Class A of IEC 60751.

Second, the humidity sensor separates a relative humidity sensor in the center of the workspace, and then uses the temperature difference to calculate the relative humidity of each point in the workspace where the temperature sensor is installed. It is assumed that the absolute humidity of each point in the workspace is the same.

For the confirmation monitoring system, data should be recorded at least once a minute, and the device used to record the test box monitoring sensor data should be independent of the control system of the test chamber.

The measurement uncertainty of the sensor should not exceed 3% RH.

VTM Kit

VTM sampling kits are designed for the collection, preservation, and transport of viruses, chlamydia, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma urea. They are now widely used for sampling and transporting prior to virus detection. MandeLab's VTM kits provide a safe and convenient way to collect and transport virus samples.
