Trace moisture meter precautions
    This instrument is a precision measuring instrument for trace moisture in petroleum products. The success of the test and the accuracy of the test results depend on many factors, and also depend on the careful operation of the experimenter. The following precautions remind the experimenter to pay great attention to the operation.
(1) Micro-moisture analyzer electrolyte storage and use
1. The electrolyte should be stored in a refrigerator at 6 ° C ~ 8 ° C. The opened electrolyte bottle mouth should be sealed with wax.
2. In the normal measurement, every 100 ml of electrolyte can react with not less than 1 gram of water. If the measurement time is too long, the electrolyte sensitivity is reduced, and the fresh electrolyte should be replaced.
3 , do not touch the electrolyte directly by hand, such as contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with water, when using pyridine electrolyte should have good ventilation.
(2) Control of the injection volume of the trace moisture analyzer
  The typical measurement range of this instrument is 10μg-10mg. In order to obtain accurate measurement results, the injection volume should be appropriately controlled according to the water content of the sample (see Table 1).
(3) Calibration value of trace moisture analyzer instrument calibration value
    The accuracy of the calibration results of the instrument is the basis for the test. The following points should be noted:
1. Injector error: The injector should meet the accuracy requirements.
2 , the speed of operation and the impact of the hand on the needle: sampling should be slow, accurate, do not touch the needle.

3 , the human eye to the injector scale error: read the value according to the required reading method.
4 , the needle stay in the electrolytic cell: the time the needle stays in the electrolytic cell should be short and not long.

Effect on sample repeatability
    The conditions for sample storage and preservation, the quality of sample extraction, etc. will have a certain impact on the results of the test. Attention should be paid to the following points:
1. The sample should be stored in a suitable sealing device: sealed and stored to prevent moisture in the air from affecting the sample.
2 , the sample is fully stirred: the sample should be fully stirred during sampling to make the sample uniform.
3. Before injection, the sample should be free of air bubbles: remove the air bubbles in the sample before injection.
4. Error of two parallel test times: When two parallel tests are performed, the length of the interval will affect the test results, and try to shorten the interval between two parallel tests.
5 , the impact of moisture in the air: the pollution of moisture in the air will cause errors in the measurement results, should try to avoid the impact of air moisture on the test.

If the instrument does not reach “balance” and “over water” is displayed, the possible reasons for this are:
1. The electrolyte is measured for too long and the sensitivity is reduced: the new electrolyte should be replaced.

2. The inner wall of the titration tank is adsorbed with water: the power should be turned off, the titration bottle should be removed, and the water should be slowly tilted and shaken, so that the moisture in the inner wall of the bottle is absorbed into the electrolyte, and then returned to the power supply for titration. This step can be reversed.

Repeat several times.
3. The ceramic filter plate in the cathode chamber is adsorbed with moisture: the measuring electrode and the cathode chamber can be taken out and washed with acetone several times, and then placed in an acetone solution for one night (be careful not to be immersed in the electrode lead), and then at 60 °C. It was placed in an oven for 24 hours, taken out, placed in a desiccator, and cooled before use.
4. Sealing of the interface of each accessory and aging of the pad: it should be replaced with a new one.
Micro moisture analyzer maintenance and maintenance
(1) Installation place of the instrument
1. The instrument should be placed away from the sun. The indoor temperature is between 5 °C and 40 °C.
2. Do not place the instrument in an environment with high humidity and high power fluctuations.
3. Do not work in an environment where corrosive gases are present.
4, the instrument should not be placed in a dry place.
(2) Replacement of silicone pad
     The long-term use of the silica gel pad at the sample injection port will make the pinhole become large and non-shrinking, so that the moisture in the atmosphere will enter and affect the measurement, and should be replaced in time.
(three) silicone replacement
     When the silica gel in the drying chamber changes from blue to light blue, the new silica gel should be replaced. Do not allow the silica powder to be filled during the replacement. Otherwise, the cathode chamber and the anode chamber cannot be exhausted to terminate the electrolysis.
(four) titration pool grinding maintenance
    Turn the grinding port of the titration cell every 7-8 days. If it can't be rotated gently, reapply a thin layer of vacuum grease and reload it. Otherwise, it may be damaged if it is used for a long time. electrode.
(5) Electrode plug and socket maintenance
1. The plugs and sockets of the measuring electrode and cathode chamber electrode are often active, which may cause poor contact, and the plug part should be trimmed.
2 , long-term application plugs, sockets will adhere to the dirt, making it poorly contacted, then use the ethanol to wipe the metal parts to make good contact.
