Pepper white spot control method

Pepper leukoplakia is a disease caused by Paramycosis spp. in the subgenus of the subphylum Aspergillus spp. This year, it occurred in the pepper growing area in Hongta District, and it was more common in the field. Symptoms can easily be confused with powdery mildew and downy mildew at the onset of the disease. Pepper leukoplakia mainly damages the leaves, begins to appear chlorotic spots on the front of the leaves, and produces a white moldy layer on the back. As the disease progresses, it turns into a brown spot. The lesions are brown in the edges, gray in the center, and slightly sunken.

Control methods

At the beginning of the disease, 75% chlorothalonil WP can be sprayed 600 times, 77% can be used to kill 400 to 500 times WP, once every 10 days, and 2 to 3 times of continuous treatment can be performed. The time is a little shorter, apply once every 5 to 7 days. Harvested 7 days before harvest.
