Young women take more than 3.5 eggs per week

The results of the study showed that the average body fat percentage (30.8%) in experimental groups that consumed 3.5 or more eggs per week was higher than the average body fat percentage (31.3%) in experimental groups that consumed 0.5 to 3.5 eggs per week and weekly intake of eggs. The average body fat rate (32.1%) was lower in groups less than 0.5. Eating eggs can make people feel a sense of fullness quickly and help to lose weight.

Women who consumed more than 3.5 eggs per week and carefully implemented DASH diets, the average body fat percentage (30.4%) of young women with high DASH scores was comparable to that of women who consumed less than 0.5 eggs per week (32.6%) with low DASH scores. The average body fat rate is 2.2% lower.

The research group emphasized that "Eating eggs with healthy diet such as DASH can significantly reduce body fat in late teens."
