Skilled chicken with vitamins

When chickens experience stress, such as during vaccination or transportation, it's recommended to increase the levels of vitamin A, E, D, and C by 10%. This helps support their immune system and overall health. In cases of chronic respiratory diseases, adding an extra 10% of vitamin A, E, and C can also be beneficial for recovery and prevention. For broiler chickens, increasing vitamin A1 in the feed by 5% can improve feed conversion efficiency and promote faster growth. However, chicks that are fed low levels of vitamin A tend to have a higher incidence of coccidiosis. Therefore, when coccidiosis is present, it’s advisable to add 20% more vitamin A, K, and C to the feed to help combat the disease. In cases of fatty liver syndrome, adding 5% more choline chloride and 10% more multivitamins can help improve liver function and overall health. During hot summer months, including 2% vitamin C in the feed can enhance the chickens’ resistance, lower body temperature, and improve production performance while reducing the impact of heat stress. During peak egg-laying periods, adding 2% more vitamin B2 can support egg quality and laying performance. To strengthen the eggshell, in addition to increasing calcium by 2%, it's also recommended to add 2% vitamin A and C to the feed. If fleas and coccidiosis are detected in the flock, adding an extra amount of multivitamin to the feed can help boost immunity and reduce the severity of the condition. When a specific vitamin deficiency is observed, the vitamin content in the feed should be increased to three times the normal level to correct the deficiency quickly. For young chickens and breeders, the vitamin levels should be twice the standard requirement to support proper growth and reproductive health. Generally, caged chickens may require 10% more multidimensional ingredients compared to free-range chickens due to their limited access to natural sources of nutrients. Additionally, if the feed is used for an extended period (more than 30 days), it’s important to supplement with 5% to 10% more multivitamins to compensate for any nutrient loss over time. These adjustments ensure that the chickens receive adequate nutrition and maintain optimal health under various conditions.
