The choice of excellent breeding sheep

The superiority and inferiority of breeding sheep have an important influence on the quality of offspring. In order to constantly improve the productivity of the flock, sheep must be carefully selected; and the ram has the greatest impact on the entire flock. Therefore, the selection must be more stringent. When you choose to breed sheep, you must insist on three things: (1) See ancestors. The quality of ancestors can be directly passed on to future generations. Therefore, when selecting the species, we must carefully examine the production performance (such as body weight, meat production, fecundity, and lactation) of the previous generations of goats and the physical appearance of the body. Only good ancestors can have good offspring. (2) See itself. The breed characteristics, body appearance, growth and development, and production performance of the breeder sheep will directly affect the next generation. Therefore, when we choose to breed sheep, we must choose the best one based on these characteristics, and choose to keep one breed of sheep. Appraisals (such as birth, weaning, 6, 8 months of age, years of age, and later generations) can be finalized. (3) Look at the offspring. The quality of breeding sheep is ultimately determined by looking at their offspring. If the offspring are good, it is proved that the breeding sheep have good heredity. Therefore, the quality of the breeding sheep can be determined according to the characteristics of the offspring. As long as the offspring are not ideal, it cannot be used as a species, especially the ram.
