Academician Wang Erkang and researcher Xu Guobao of the Changchun Yinghua Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences focused on this important international frontier development direction. In February 2007, the research and development of capillary electrophoresis electrochemiluminescence micro-integrated analyzer was started with the support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. . On this basis, Xi'an Ruimai Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. cooperated to further miniaturize and integrate, and developed a prototype of capillary electrophoresis electro-luminescence micro-integrated analyzer with independent intellectual property rights in China, which is an international initiative.
At the same time, they also developed five kinds of electrochemical luminescent probes with biological application prospects in combination with the development of the analytical instrument, and applied them to biomolecule detection and analysis; a series of new methods for immobilizing electrochemiluminescent probes were established. And developed related electrochemiluminescence solid detectors. These innovations have laid an important foundation for the development of prototypes in scientific research and clinical applications.
The successful development of this instrument has enriched the research methods of basic science, and provided a new multi-functional analysis platform for scientific research in the frontier fields of protein, DNA, cell and immunity, and also provided powerful for early diagnosis and treatment of some major diseases.
