Abstract This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Miao Zhuang Zhuang on the control of rice blight and the effects on rice seedling growth and development. The results showed that the treatment of rice seedlings with seedlings can not only prevent the emergence of damping-off, improve the quality of seedlings, but also increase the yield of rice. It also has a promoting effect. The recommended dosage is 5ml/m2.

1. Test purposes

20% Miao Zhuang Zhuang is a new type of bactericide developed by Beijing Century Ames Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and I stood in the rice field in 2000 in order to clarify its prevention and control effect against rice blight and its effect on the growth and development of rice grass seedlings. Field trials were conducted to provide evidence for the drug registration.

2. Test conditions

3.1 Test site: Hebei Rice Research Institute

2.2 Test crops and conditions: The test crop was rice, and the variety was No.14. The clay loam soil was tested, the ground surface was flat, drainage and irrigation were convenient, rice had been planted for many years, organic matter content was 2.8%, pH value was 7.1, and soil fertility was medium. The rice nursery used greenhouse isolation layer, dry nursery, bed soil PH6.8 and black sand soil.

2.3 Test control subjects: rice seedling blight

3, experimental design and arrangements

3.1 Experimental design: In this experiment, seven treatments including the test agent, the control agent and the blank control were repeated for 4 times. A total of 28 cells were randomly arranged.

3.4 Application times and times:

The application time was one time before sowing (April 2) soil treatment and the transplanting date was May 5.

3.5 Use of drug and drug application methods:

The MOD SUPER GREEN-16 sprayer was used for the test. The amount of water used for each treatment (except treatment 5) was 1000 times that of the drug. After the treatment, the soil was sowed. When performing the test, flush the sprayer with fresh water for each change of treatment and spray.

3.6 Weather conditions during the test

The average temperature on the day of application was 11.5°C. It was sunny, windless, and had no bad weather during the test period.

4, investigation and recording methods

4.1 Observation of phytotoxicity: From one leaf to one leaf of three-leaf rice seedlings, the seedlings were continuously observed for damage (dwarfing, fading, malformation, etc.).

4.2 Pharmacopoeia control effect: Before May 3, transplanted, the incidence of each area was investigated according to the area of ​​the treated area, and the control effect was calculated.

4.3 Quality survey of seedlings: 25 seedlings were taken from each treatment plot on May 3th before transplanting, and seedling quality analysis (seedling height, leaf age, root number, fresh weight, fullness, etc.) was performed.

4.4 Crop Yield Survey: After rice is harvested, it is measured and tested for yield. Sub-cell sampling is used to estimate the yield, and 1000-grain weight and rice plant height are also recorded.

4.5 Rice Yield Calculation Method: Press Type

5, test results

5.1 Prevent Blight Effect

The results of the investigation before the transplanting and the statistical control of damping-off were shown in Table 1.

From the test results in Table 1, it can be seen that: 20% seedlings have the best control effect with 5ml/m2, and the control effect is 99.4%; followed by 20% seedlings with 2.5ml/m2, and 96.3% for the control of damping-off. The third place is 10% soaking seed oil 2.0ml/m2, and the control effect of damping-off is 96.0%. From the standpoint of controlling the blight effect, the treatment effects of 20% Miao Zhuang Zhuang 5ml/m2 and 2.5ml/m2 were higher than that of the control 25% Metalaxyl WP.

The results of variance analysis of treatment morbidity from Table 2 showed that 20% of seedlings and 5ml/m2 of seedlings and 2.5ml/m2 of control seedlings had extremely significant differences from other treatments, indicating that 20% of seedlings were strong and 5ml/strong. The m2 and 2.5 ml/m2 control effects are significantly better than other treatments.

5.2 The effect of various treatments on seedling quality

For each trial on May 3, each treatment plot randomly selected 25 seedlings for quality analysis. The results are shown in Table 3. From Table 3, the results of seedling quality analysis showed that 20% of the seedlings were healthy and had good quality of 5ml/m2 and 2.5ml/m2. Although there was no difference with other treatments, the relative values ​​were higher than other treatments. Explain that the appropriate high-dose agent will make the root system of the seedlings well developed and the stems become thicker, which can improve the seedling quality.

5.3 Effect of Each Treatment on Production

Before harvesting on September 5, 1 m2 of each treatment was taken for yield determination and test seeding. The results are shown in Table IV. Table 4 shows that 20% of the seedlings have the highest yield of 5ml/m2, with a hectare output of 9200 kg, an increase of 13.58 percent over the control, followed by 20% seedlings with 2.5 ml/m2 of hectare, and a hectare output of 8,900 kg, which is 9.88 times higher than the control. %.

After analysis of variance in hectare yields, 20% seedlings were able to reach 5ml/m2 and other processing yields reached significant levels.

5.4 observation of efficacy

20% of seedlings were planted before soil treatment, and the whole seedlings were grown and developed after treatment. The seedling growth was observed continuously. Compared with the control, there was no dwarfing, deformity, fading, etc., indicating that 20% of the seedlings were strong against rice seedlings. Growing safe, no symptoms of phytotoxicity.

6, test summary

Considering the effect and cost factors comprehensively, the following conclusions can be drawn:

6.1 20% Miao Zhuang Zhuang 5ml/m2 and 2.5ml/m2 two treatments, control rice bacterial blight best, 5ml/m2 control effect of 99.4%, 2.5ml/m2 control efficiency of 96.3%, followed by The effect of 10% soaking and seedling emulsifiable concentrate on controlling damping-off was 96.0%. The effect of the three treatments on control blight was more than that of the control agent 25% metalaxyl WP, and its control effect reached a very significant level.

6.2 20% Miao Zhuang Zhuang Zhuang pre-treatment of rice seedlings, can improve the quality of seedlings, so that rice seedlings developed roots, seedlings robust, improve the degree of enrichment, can promote seedling growth and development.

6.3 According to the measured production, 20% of the seedlings that are capable of treating rice seedlings can not only prevent and control the emergence of blight, but also improve the quality of the seedlings. It also has an effect on increasing rice yield. The recommended dosage is 5 ml/m2.
