High-oil soybean production and main technologies

The Ministry of Agriculture proposed the "revitalization of the soybean industry." Since 2002, the four provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia have been designated as high-oil soybean production bases, and they have been taken as an important measure for the structural adjustment of the crop industry.

The reasons are: First, China's soybean production lags behind advanced countries, and in the late 1970s it began to change from an exporting country to an importing country. At present, China needs more than 25 million tons of soybeans, domestically produced more than 10 million tons, and has a gap of 15 million tons, blocking this gap and the need to develop soybean production;

Secondly, soybean oil accounts for more than one-third of the world's edible oil, and the market prospect for the development of high-oil soybean is broad;

Third, high-quality, special non-genetically modified soybeans are urgently needed domestically. The four major soybean producing countries are the United States, Brazil, Argentina, and China. Of these countries, China is the only non-genetically modified soybean producer. Some advanced countries are very much in favor of GM foods, which has brought business opportunities to China's soybean production.

At present, the level of soybean production in the United States is 170 kg, 160 kg in Heilongjiang, China, and 120 kg in Liaoning. The main reason for restricting soybean production is still cultivation technology.

For the first variety, high-yield, high-oil soybean varieties were selected. (The varieties with oil content above 21%) are suitable for local cultivation including Liaodou 11, Liaodou 13, Liaodou 14, Liaodou 15, Tiefeng 31, and Dandou 10, etc.

In the second choice, the production environment should be chosen away from the industrial and mining areas and highways to avoid industrial and urban pollution. It is better to use corn stalks and vegetable scallions instead of smashing them. High-oil soybeans cannot be planted on land treated with herbicides such as atrazine during the growth of the upper crop.

The third fertilization is based on basal fertilizer supplemented by topdressing; the basal fertiliser Mushi 2000 kg organic fertilizer, diammonium phosphate 8-10 kg, potassium sulphate 10 kg or soybean special fertilizer; the topdressing time is at the initial flowering stage of soybean (especially soil Low-fertility plots), 6 to 10 kilograms of Ammonium Sulphate;

The fourth sowing, sowing time May 5-10; Mu sowing volume of 3-3.5 kg; 1-3000 acres per mu seedlings, thin land should be dense, fertility should be thin. The prevention and control of the fifth pest and disease mainly prevents soybean virus diseases and underground pests, aphids, red spiders, soybean borerworms and dodder seedlings. In the sixth harvest, artificial harvesting was carried out when soybean plants were deciduous up to 90%; mechanical harvesting was carried out when leaves fell and soybeans were returned to the ground.
